Most mains cables are an afterthought. We think they're the foundation. Every note your system plays begins at the wall socket, and what happens in the first metre of copper matters more than the marketing material of most manufacturers will admit.

Foundation Power Standard is IsoPress Audio's entry into serious mains cabling — built to the same workshop standards as our Reference and Flagship tiers, using materials chosen not for bragging rights but for measurable, audible results.

What's in it

• Supra LoRad MKII 2.5 CS oxygen-free copper mains cable — Swedish-made, rated for 16A, with integral shielding that rejects the RF and EMI noise that plagues crowded domestic power environments.
• Supra BS 1363 UK plug — solid build, low contact resistance, fuse rating of your choice (3A / 5A / 10A, defaulting to 10A).
• Martin Kaiser IEC C13 as standard. Viborg VF501 pure copper C15 available on request at no extra cost — for Linn turntables, Class A integrated amps, valve equipment and other gear fitted with C16 inlets.
• Conductors terminated to suit the connector: copper ferrules and direct termination at the Kaiser C13; Furutech FP-209-10(G) gold-plated 4mm internal spades at the Viborg C15 for a precise mating connection.
• TechFlex Carbon braided outer sleeve — technical, discreet, and built to outlast the equipment it powers.
• Maximum continuous current: 10A — limited by the IEC connector rating. Suitable for source components, integrated amplifiers, streamers, DACs, and most domestic audio equipment up to ~2.3kW.
• Every cable PAT-tested and logged under a unique serial number. Your QA record stays on file at IsoPress Audio indefinitely.
