Processing time

Every IsoPress Audio cable is handcrafted to order in our Scottish Borders workshop. Standard build time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Flagship-tier cables (Foundation Power Flagship and Foundation Reference) may take up to 15 business days due to the precision assembly and testing required. We'll email you with your serial number and dispatch confirmation when your cable is ready.

UK shipping

Free fully tracked and insured delivery on all UK orders. Dispatched via Royal Mail (signed for, next-working-day where available) or DPD for larger items. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout and sent via DHL Express or equivalent tracked, insured courier. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

Europe: 3–5 business days

Rest of world: 5–10 business days

Address accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.</p>

Damaged or lost shipments:

All shipments are fully insured.  If your cable arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@isopressaudio.com with photographs of the damage. For lost shipments, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
